Shipping
We use USPS, FedEx, or UPS to make delivering your purchases as fast and secure as possible.
Orders are processed within 72 hours. Purchases are shipped Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
Shipping & Handling within US is $25 for items under $500.
Free shipping for orders over $500.
Signature Required for orders over $2000.
We currently do not ship outside USA.
Please double-check your shipping address when you check out. Any typo or mistake can significantly delay delivery. Packages that are returned undelivered will incur a second charge for shipping. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address that are lost or stolen.

Returns and Exchanges
If you do not love your piece, merchandise in the original gift wrap or packaging may be returned for a full refund or for an exchange within 30 days of the order date.
Shipping charges are not refundable: if your purchase qualifies for free shipping, when it is returned, we will refund your payment minus shipping charges.

Custom Designs
No refunds or store credit for jewelry that has been custom made, altered or resized.
Ownership of any custom design is retained by the jewelry artist who has created the design.
